The Ultimate Package

This package includes a private prenatal crash course, prenatal consultation and birth planning, prenatal infant feeding preparation, birth doula services, postpartum infant feeding consultation, private infant choking class and 3 hours of postpartum respite services.

Perinatal Doula

$1320 (reg $1585)

This package includes birth doula support services, a birth planning session and 3 additional hours of postpartum support after discharge from hospital or birthing centre.

Birth Support

$1250

This is our “traditional” birth doula support service. It includes one or two prenatal consultations with your lead doula and one with your back up doula. Our birth support team always operates with one lead doula and one (or more) as back ups to ensure our team is able to provide support for birth. Birth support includes an on call period that starts at a predetermined week of gestation based on your circumstances and lasts until baby is born! We meet you during labor and provide ongoing hands on and emotional support. Our goal is for you to feel empowered, supported and educated in your birth no matter the circumstances. We stay until shortly after the baby is born and visit once postpartum to reflect on your birth experience and answer postpartum and newbornhood questions.
