We provide FREE phone consults regarding all of our services. Please send us an email, give us a call or reach out to us on social media and we can arrange a FREE phone consult within 24 hours to discuss your needs.

Prenatal
Our prenatal services include:
- Prenatal consultation with our nurse and doula team
- 2 hour session with one of our birth teams
- Discuss specific questions or concerns
- $200/2 hour session
- Prenatal/child birth education classes
- Private prenatal crash course offered in-home, done in one day
- $350 full day session
- Birth doula support (before, during and immediately after your birth)
- Includes prenatal consultation, birth planning, birth attendance and immediate postpartum care and support
- On call period starting around 37 weeks (to be determined with clients)
- Unlimited text/phone support

- Prenatal breastfeeding preparation consultation
- Learning hand expression techniques and colostrum collection
- Practicing and discussing first latches and what to expect the first few days/weeks of breastfeeding
- $100/1 hour consult (can be done in person or virtual)
- Prenatal massage therapy and osteopathy
- Infertility and infant loss support and consultation
Postnatal
Our postnatal services include:
- Postpartum/newborn respite
- Our postpartum doulas and nurses offer in-home respite during the day or overnight to give new parents some relief
- Assistance with light housework and meal prep
- Infant feeding tasks and assistance
- Education and support during shifts and via text/phone outside of shifts
- Day shifts $35/hour base rate
- Night shifts $45/hour base rate
- Discounts provided if booking multiple shifts or multiple services
- Infant feeding assessment and support
- Assessment of latch
- Education on breastfeeding strategies and techniques
- Education and support on breast pumps, pumping regimens and bottle sterilization/management
- Education and support on bottle feeding, introducing a bottle, balancing formula and breastfeeding, introducing solids
- Consultation with a certified breastfeeding specialist and registered nurse
- 90min session $150 – includes text/call support in addition to session
- Postnatal massage and osteopathy
Parenthood
Our services encompassing different areas of parenthood include:
- Infant and child choking and CPR classes (private and group offerings available) instructed by experienced nurses and CPR instructors
- 2 hour classes
- Offered in your own home or group offerings available
- Discuss prevention of choking, responding to a choking emergency and how to manage a choking emergency for an infant or child, how to perform CPR for an unconscious, not breathing infant or child
- $125/up to 4 participants, each additional participant is $25 for up to 10 for a private session
- Group classes offered – contact to arrange in your community
- Sibling classes (coming soon!)
